Proper knife skills make your food look…and cook better! We’ll work on how to hold and safely handle sharp knifes before we learn how to break a chicken, then chop, slice and dice our way through tons of basic kitchen cuts. You’ll go home with the raw ingredients and recipe for a hearty Chicken Soup. Think of it as Homework!
